General cargo and Project cargo, we will provide one stop

| stevedoring,
lashing/unlashing, cargo tallying, super cargo, stowage
planning. |

offer a very competitive agency fee for handling the cargo
operation. As a |

regular Principal to us, you will enjoy a rebate off the
agency fee. We will |
| forward
you the estimate Port Disbursement together with Agency
Fee upon request. |

| We
handle all kind of petroleum, dry bulk and general cargo
including project cargo |

| Ship
To Ship Transfer at OPL and Karimun anchorage |

| Due
to draft problem and other restriction reasons, some Charterers
prefer to have |
| their
cargo operation to be done at Outside Port Limit. In this
instance, we can |
| assist
Charterers and Ship Owners to arrange Logistic for STS
Operation at Karimun |

Anchorage which will includes Mooring Master, Fenders,
Tugboat, Hoses, Oil Booms |
| and
Reducers. |

| The
STS Operation will be carried out according to OCIMF recommendations.
Karimun |
| Anchorage
is in Indonesian waters which is located at 01-05.5N 103-30.0E
west of |
| Singapore.
Under our special arrangement with the local authority,
the vessel can |
|
anchor at the given location at Karimun Anchorage. |
