The 2000s were a decade of change
and growth for Petromarine Navigation; In April

2000,GS Marine Agencies Pte
Ltd was created due to company's rapid expansion and

| diversification.

GS Marine has accomplished ISO
9002:1994 certificate in July 2000, which meets the
|
|
requirements of the International
Quality Assurance Management Standard ISO 9000
|
|
Series. This marks another mile
stone in our company history and to enable us to
|
|
accelerate our growth by establishing
a stronger foothold in the shipping industry.

2004, we have successfully upgraded our ISO standard to
9001:2000. |

| In year
2003, GS Marine suffered the loss of its founder, Mr.
Lim Gim Soon and |
| Mr.Edward
Lim Gim Chye succeeded him as Director. Nevertheless,
the values of the |
| old stalwarts
would always remain a cornerstone of the organization's
corporate |
| policy.
A new impetus and a new sense of direction must now be
found to give form |

substance for the mission ahead. |
